Most common cause is an incompatible graphics card (which?) resp. driver (OpenGL support), try if updating helps. Another cause could be a faulty installation of the SU prerequisites in form of the required MS runtime libraries not being installed properly, try if installing them separately preferrably w/ admin. rights helps (“rclick > run as admin”).
