SketchUp Upgrade to 2017

Hi guys

I currently run Sketch Up pro 2015 and was trying to upgrade to 2017

I’m using this link below to input in my email and license info

Essential it cannot find my license and I know I’m putting in the correct information because I’ve email sketch up support and they highlighted my user information which is exactly what I’ve been inputting.

Any help would be appreciated.
