SketchUp Subcription Activation Issue

Hello everyone!
I brought the SketchUp pro 2020 and I got an email from the Trimble.
and then I accessed to activate on the Trimble Account Management Portal however the product I brought was SketchUp Free!
So I deleted internet cookies and cashes. and then I accessed again but It was still Free.

Are there anyone who know about this problem? If there are anyone, please let me know how to solve this serious problem.

What you are looking at is your personal account. Scroll further down the page, looking for HANSANGYOUL. Under there you should see SketchUp Pro and another Members section, to then assign the subscription to your email address.
