Sketchup Style(s) appears different in Layout; any fix?

I have selected “Construction Document Style” in Sketchup, saved teh sceene etc and then loaded it into Layout only to find it is not accurately represented.

In Sketchup round objects are displayed with an outline, but in layout the round objects are merged with other objects they are touching (maybe they don’t even need to be touching, have not tested)

How can I fix this?

The nail is no longer outlined.

ps: if you know how to make a sharper raster in Layout I would love to know

Try rendering the viewport as Vector.

I swear to God I tried that already and I ended up losing some objects completely as well as all the colouring. But it worked this time. smh

You can also try Exporting… often what shows in the view will be lower quality and not exactly matching to what gets export, especially if your output settings are on high and your work settings are on low or medium.
