Sketchup slow on new machine

Hi there,

I’m new on this forum and I am from the Netherlands so sorry for my poor English

I recently bought a new computer and now Sketchup no longer runs as smoothly as on my old system (i5-4670 / 16GB RAM / 950GTX)

My new system (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X / 32GB / RTX2070Super) should be at least as fast.

But basic operations such as rotating, moving, etc. are very ‘laggy’. The same file on the old system runs fabulous.

I tried a lot:

• update drivers windows / video
• Nvidia settings specifically for sketchup.

Nothing seemed to work. Video card is doing well because, for example, Twinmotion runs perfectly.

Why the installer must be "run as administrator"
