Hi, when we try to save scenes in this model, they aren’t updating or saving anything. I tried opening on my computer, thinking maybe it was my coworkers Sketchup glitching but the same thing is happening on mine too.
The thumbnail shows what was saved but when I click between scenes, nothing happens at all. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
Have you unticked the boxes for Properties to Save?

Hi there, I am having exactly the same problem with scenes not updating even though the thumbnails are. I have tried unticking properties to save but it doesn’t help. ???
By unticking the Properties to save you are telling SketchUp you don’t want to save those settings with the scene. If you are updating scenes you also need to have Properties to update ticked on as well.
What version of SketchUp are you really using. Your profile is contradictory.
If you share your .skp file so we can see what you have going on I expect there’ll be an easy fix.
You should be ticking them instead. I usually have all the boxes ticked, and only untick some if I really feel the need to do so.
I had them ticked to begin with. That didn’t work either
I just tried ticking 'properties to save in the Scenes dialogue box AND ticking all the boxes in the ‘update scene’ dialogue box. That did the trick. Thank you Anssi!
