SketchUp Revit Importer - License Expired

Hi there!

I’m trying to use the Revit importer feature for the first time. I’m using SketchUp 2026, my SketchUp Studio license is active, and my Revit Importer is active. I’m signed in to SketchUp, and yet when I try to import my Revit file, I get the error “Your license has expired. Please sign in again.” I have signed in and out of SketchUp multiple times, and I have restarted the software multiple times. Does anyone have any tips?

Studio subscription is active.

Try signing out of SketchUp and sign in again.

Please update your profile to reflect your Studio subscription.

Also check to see that you have the latest version of the extension installed.

Tried logging out and back in and no success.

Profile has been updated.

I have the latest version installed (1.2026.1.4)
