When i see the ad for sketchup that allow to import the revit file with the studio version. I’m really excited and have applied to the 7-days trial. Everything working fine and the web version also show that i have actived but when i try to import the file in sketchup, it still ask me to active trial eventhough i have already do it.
Try unassigning your paid subscription and just leaving the trial attached to your name at myaccount.trimble.com
I have try that and also create a brand new account without any subscription just for studio trial but that won’t work as well. I have try to update the revit importer plugin but the error still remaining.

@3anhemkinhkhung We have released a bugfix version of Revit Importer to Extension Warehouse as v1.2025.09.09 that should fix this issue. Can you please try updating to that.
