Hello guys, has somebody experienced this? I manually renewed my suscription and on August 27 my credit card was dutifully charged $349. A trial version launched on my computer and today that the trial period ended, I cannot use Sketchup unless I go through the renewal process again (and pay again)!
yes, when you renewed your subscription, you probably unticked the thing to attribute the licence for your account. Because technically, you could buy licences for collaborators, making you the person in charge and them the person who use.
so you need to go to your account and assign the seat to yourself.

Choose Members from the left of the page, and in the entry for you in the list, click on the dots to set what products you have access to. Once you give yourself permission to use the Pro subscription, you should then be able to sign in within SketchUp to see that your subscription is active.
Thank you very much for you explanation. I did what you suggested and it worked!
My new problem is than having gone through the renewal process again, my credit card got charghed again!
How do I cancel 2nd. suscription?
Go to the Contact Us page at SketchUp.com and open a ticket with Customer Support. They can fix it on Monday.
While you are waiting, please update your forum profile with the correct SketchUp version and such.
It looks like instead of assigning the existing seat to yourself, you added a second seat.
