Bought a new subscription, but SketchUp still tells me to buy it when I try to sign in, and I can't use the program

I’ve been using SketchUp for a long time and usually keep an active subscription. It was set to renew last month, but I had to cancel temporarily while I waited for funds to come in this April. I restarted my subscription today, and while my account shows it’s active, SketchUp keeps telling me I need to purchase a subscription—despite already having one and I cannot use the program.

you probably unassigned it when you bought it. it’s yours by default, but a simple click can remove it.
