SketchUp Pro show white window when first starting after installation

Please help me,

after installing my trial version for student of SketchUp pro 2019, i see only a white screen. no settingsbar or anything else. I also tried not starting a 3D modell, but just the program itnerface, but still same white window.
I can close the window easily by clicking on the X botton on top right of the window, so the notebook is not stuck or something

In SketchUp, go to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and untick Use Fast Feedback.

It sounds like your computer’s Integrated Intel GPU is being used instead of the Nvidia card you list in your profile. You could go to the Nvidia control panel and set it to run Sketchup.
