I install SketchUP Pro 2019 (trial version for 30 days), however, when I open it the working window become black and I can not work…
If I open a file or I try to design something, it works (if I close the file the system ask me to save the file…so it works), however I can not see anything inside it
I have (on the same laptop) SketchUP 2017 and it works properly
In SketchUp, go to Window>Preferences>OpenGL. Turn off Use Fast Feedback. Does that change anything?

Your profile indicates your computer has an Nvidia graphics card. Is that correct? If so, what model? You should check to see that SketchUp is actually using the Nvidia card. Go to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and click on the Graphics Card Details button.
If that doesn’t show the Nvidia GPU, you’ll need to go into the Nvidia control panel and set it to be used by SketchUp.
