Hi everyone,
I renewed my annual subscription to SketchUp Pro today. In the past, SketchUp Pro 2022 would open without problems on my MacBook Pro.
However, now SketchUp does not open beyond the “Welcome to SketchUp” frame. Clicking on “Sign in” does not work.
Please can someone help? I urgently need to use the programme.
