Hi all,
I recently purchased Sketchup Pro 2024 for school DT department.
However, when opening Sketchup Pro I am greeted with a BugSplat screen. I think its possbily graphics/permissions related.
Lenovo ThinkPad P14s
Intel Core Ultra 5 125H
16GB Ram
Nvidia RTX 500 ADA graphics
Can I have advise, please?

Have you sent the bugsplats with your information? Are your gpu drivers up to date? I suggest you to download the Nvidia GeForce experience software, change the drivers from gaming to studio and install the latest ones.

Yes I have submitted the bugsplat information from several laptops.
Yes, I downloaded Nvidia GeForce experience and installed the latest drivers available, but Sketchup Pro still shows bugsplat screen.
Device manager shows two display adapters:
Intel(R) Graphics
Nvidia RTX 500 ADA
Nvidia driver is 32.0.15.7216 (dated 26.01.25)
