Hey Guys, in our company some workes are using SketchUp Pro which is installed on 4 PC’s. Specification is exactly the same for everyone. They were built in same time also, but only 2 of them have a problem. When they start rotating camera in project, SketchUp is crashing without bugsplat or any error. Only what we got is an error in Event Manager from Nvidia OpenGL and Error Reporting LiveKernelEvent. We’re reinstall program, checked updates, tried to change settings in Nvidia Control Panel, but it doesn’t change anything. Any ideas how to solve the problem?
Evidently there’s an issue with the graphics drivers on those machines. Make sure the Nvidia drivers are up to date. Go to the Nvidia site and downlod their latest drivers for the GPU and install them. Also make sure that the Nvidia GPU is set up to display SketchUp. Check first in Preferences>OpenGL(or Graphics in SU2023)> Graphics Card Details.
No, of course not. We did reinstallation of drivers, when problem started and We did that on every possible way. From standard updating process, to clean installation with using programs to wipe all marks of GPU drivers. We’ve also changed the graphic card for one user to be sure that GPU isn’t broken
No, we are still in the same place. The program is basically unusable on 2 computers. We have tried reporting the problem via email to support but this has not resulted in anything. The report was supposedly forwarded to our local reseller but there has been no response
