I purchased Pro 2020 and I’ve been trying to install it on my laptop but it doesn’t want to go through the whole install properly. It finishes the install so to speak and says its ready. But when I open the program it tells me there is an error because of my license. But i have paid for my subscription through the website. Any help? b
Did you install Sketchup correctly? That is, did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator from the Context menu?

I just tried that. Still getting the same error message.
tried deleting lic files. still doesn’t work.
Have you tried putting in a ticket for support through the website? If not, it would be a good idea to do that so someone who has access to your license info can get an eye on it.
I’ve done that. I haven’t heard from anyone as of yet.
