I have a customer who is having issues with Sketchup Pro 2021 (has been using Sketchup Pro 2020 and 2019 and installed on machine).
They keep getting the error ‘Sketchup cannot start due to a licence error’ and not been able to resolve.
Sent a message over to support with a reference but no response so far. Not sure of the number to call to get Pro support for this to resolve for the user.
Any help greatly appreciated/accepted
