Hi, trying to install & use my Classic license ver. 2018.
I corrected the internet connection issue but now can’t add license & authorization code.
Is it possible you are actually trying to install the license for 2017 or 2019 instead of 2018? @colin could probably look up your license info and tell you.
BTW, please correct your forum profile. It shows you are using 2017 Make.

Sorry, I cannot find that image to delete.
I expect Colin took care of that for you.
Now click on the B in the blue circle at the top right of the forum page. Click on the person icon and then Preferences and Profile. Update your forum profile and scroll to the bottom of the page to save the changes.

I was able to look up the 2018 license, and see that it had been updated (to 2019 and then 2020). That was the main reason for the original 2018 problem.
