SketchUp Classic license have no information and can't using program when activation with authorize code

Hi, I have a problem with activation step. When i try to activate with Serial number and Authorization code, it’s show a popup but doesn’t show license information or can lunching SketchUp Pro 2021. I have try to fix like reinstall, repair SketchUp Program, delete SketchUp.lic in program data but not working too. Please kindly help us to fix issue or can sent advise or remote session to fix issue. Best Regards, Patipharn Saptaksina

Change the path to be for 2021 instead of 2018.

I have try with your solution, but it’s doesn’t work.

Hi colin
I had a SU pro 2019 classic license which is autoupgraded to SU pro 2023 but got unistalled unexpected from the sytem .When i tried to reintsall the lincensed vesrion (i.e SU Pro 2019)with the links that i seen from this sketchup forum discusssion ,and applied my classic license it shows “This is not a valid Serial number and Authorization Code combination”. I tried Following the steps which u mentioned but still my issue not resolved. Can I get my issue fixed.

I couldn’t find a license for you. If you click my avatar, then Message, you can send your original license details, and I can check why the license fails.
