Sketchup pro 2017 does not start, no report either

Hi everyone, please help.

Since 3 days ago i been trying to install and use skethup 2017 pro, when i do, evryting seems to be ok, but when i open, it just don’t start.

I’ve also try, install and run as administrator, review all my drivers, and reinstall visual c++ components one by one.

The one and only problem i found was this in the folder %temp% :

Dell
windows 10 home

AMD Radeon R5 M355, 4096 MB

Intel i7-6500 u 2.5 GHZ

RAM 16 gb

Try to add SketchUp to the programs that use the AMD in catalyst (you should be a le to rightclick on an empty apace of the desktop to acces the grafic related programs)

i already try it, and the same problem.

yes, like one week ago i reinstall windows from zero.

Windows has 2 versions, 32 bit and 64 bit. If you used the 32 bit version SU will not run as it is 64 bit.

From version 2016 and up, only 64bits versions of SketchUp!

Hi everyone again, thanks for all your help, but finally it seems that was a problem whit something related whit net frame .45 windows system.I reinstall windows and no more plroblem.
Now, skp 2018 pro is runing just fine.
