Issues when starting Sketchup 2017

Hi all,

I’m having trouble starting Sketchup make 2017. I had a look at my AppData/Local/ folder and found a recurring error in a Sketchup Log file:

WGLUtils::IsExtensionFinderWindowClassRegistered: Class is not registered.
WGLUtils::EnumerateAttachedDisplayDevices: \.\DISPLAY1 : Radeon X1800 Series : PT 3

WGLUtils::UtilsState::ctor: Max GPU perf is 3

Any ideas?

Before Sketchup was running without any problems.

SU 2017 requires a grahics card with hardware acceleration and a graphics driver fully supporting OpenGL v3.0 (or higher).

try if updating the graphics driver helps… if not you’re probaly lost because disabling the hardware acceleration (= OpenGL) is not possible in SU 2017 anymore.
