We recently switched computers, and SketchUp Pro 2016 isn’t working on the new one because it couldn’t find an activated license.
Do we need to delete the license from the old computer and then add a new license on the new one using “add license”?
We tried adding the license without deleting it first, but nothing happens on the screen where you add the license. The same thing happens when we try to add the wrong license. There’s no error message or any other notification.
I have the feeling that the license servers are no longer active. When I try to remove the license on the new PC where the hard drive was cloned, it says “Page not found.” When I try to install a license and click “install,” nothing happens, neither if I enter incorrect information nor the correct license.
