SketchUp Pro 2016 - Can't see an installed extension

Hello. I just installed an extension from the Warehouse (see screen capture below). It does not appear in any of my toolbars. I tried relaunching SketchUp, but still does not appear.

(SketchUp Pro 2016, MacOS El Capitan)

That tool has no toolbar. Did you look in the Draw menu?

I checked the pull-downs, but I went right over that. Thanks Dave-
