i have upgraded and doesn’t work re install it several times no successes i don;t know what to do?
What exactly doesn’t work.
It could be one or more of several things. When you installed it, did you right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator? If not, do that now. When the window pops up, choose the Repair option.
It could be outdated graphics drivers. You might try updating those. What exactly is the graphics card? Your profile isn’t specific enough.
DaveR makes a great opening statement, if you’re having problems with SketchUp please be sure to post what is happening, what you’re expecting to happen, and what you’ve tried (if anything) to resolve the issue already. Hopefully we can resolve the issue quickly with the right information.
when i open SketcUp and try to remove the person in it doesn’t work instantly it’s slow i was working on it last week and i upgraded ever since i can’t get it to work

There have been numerous reports here of that sort of behavior. It’s been traced to either the graphics drivers or some bad updates from Microsoft. You can find several threads on this topic if you search for ‘slow’.
