Last night, I was in Sketchup and 15 windows starting popping up asking me to agree to terms. It completely crash my computer and when I got back in, the Sketchup window says that I have too many users on my account but it’s just me. It said to log in to Trimble to manage my subscription but there wasn’t anything to help me. The only active user is me. Please help! I have a project due on Thursday! Thank you!
That only happens when you first run the app.
Try to repair the installation by rightclicking on the downloaded installer file and choose ‘Run as Admin’
