SketchUp isn’t allowing me to import PNG files iPad Pro

Hi there, I’m new to SU. I am trying to import my 2D floor plans into SU. No matter how I save my file, it is showing as light grey and unavailable to be imported to my project. I have tried JPEG, PNG, PDF, and none seem to be compatible with my program on iPad Pro.

And advise is greatly appreciated.

Can you post one of the images that you cannot import here?

I have the same question.

That image is a JPEG one. It does import into the iPad app ok. Do you have a PNG image that fails to import?

It already worked with image. Still figuring everything out.
