My sketchup won’t open anymore. I receive an error message with a crash number: Crash #761885.
No home page opens, I just receive the error report.
Can you help me?

It is hard to tell what is causing the crash. It happens very early on.
With your subscription you could try using SketchUp 2023. That should still work on the macOS you are using. At the very least it would help tell whether there is something wrong with SketchUp 2021, or with your system.

Possibly?: OP has GPU unsupported by the new graphics engine.
I did check, and with 2023 we dropped macOS 10.15. He’s using 10.16. And it was 2023 I suggested, the new graphics engine is in 2024.
What? Apple never released a 10.16 version, did they?
He was complaining of a crash starting SU 2024, and his profile says they are on Sonoma 14.6.1.
It was complicated. Older Macs that got updated did show 10.16. Newer Macs showed macOS 11.
He didn’t mention 2024, though his profile suggested that might be what he’s using. I got the SketchUp version and the system version from the crash report.
