SketchUp is lagging / running slowly

When opening SketchUp, everything loads. The only thing in the model is always the man model and when I try orbit around the man model is lags or jumps if you can call it that. If I attempt to draw small lines it takes it long to place and load.

I have uninstalled SketchUp several ties, reinstalled, done everything I can, is there anything else I can do to fix this?
