We are long time SketchUp users. App is installed and has worked for years. We have ONE student who gets a popup error every time he attempts to login regardless of the device. I have checked his settings in google admin and he has the same permissions has his peers. The pop ups are allowed, I can see the pop-up show up and SSO his correct email. It is the only email on the device. I am unsure how to proceed. We have tried multiple computers, cleared all cookies, and every other trick I know of. Please see screenshot. SSO recognizes him and the pop is visible. SketchUp is installed and available in the waffle as well.
