Sketchup for School isn't working

Hi everyone,
I added Sketchup in Schools account two months ago and apparently it was ok. Last week another teacher tried to use it, but it was unsuccessful.
I’m sure that everything is ok, I installed Sketchup app and authorized it. But it doesn’t work, why?
What can I do?
Thanks

Sara

Hi @referente.google. thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with the SketchUp for Schools app. I am happy to work with you to get this resolved but I’ll need a little more information from you to solve your issue. The first thing that I need to know is if you are using Google or Microsoft to deploy the app itself. I also need to know if it is working for any users at all on your domain or if it is not working for everyone. Finally, if you can describe what is not working (Does the page load and give an error message or just show a spinning logo?) that would be helpful too.

Let me know and I can start checking some possible solutions for you.

I’m using Google. I can’t control if it’s an issue for all users od our schools, because not all of them are using it, but I prove it in several different account and it appears the same error. I attach here a screenshot.
I try to translate it in English (I’m Italian):
"Trouble signing in. Make sure you have SketchUp pop-ups enabled, then complete the sign-in using the pop-up that appears.
Note: SketchUp for Schools is back for education purposes only. Don’t worry, any projects you may have created using your personal Gmail or Microsoft account can still be downloaded from Google Drive or One Drive. To continue sketching, sign in with an EDU domain account.
To sign in, make sure you:

  • You are using a G Suite for Education or Microsoft Education account.
  • Your G Suite administrator has installed SketchUp for Schools on your domain and granted you permissions.
  • Your Microsoft account administrator has enabled SketchUp for Schools on your domain.
If you have any questions, reach out to us on the SketchUp for Schools forum."

I’ve installed it in my domain, enable it and allow pop-ups.
Is it something I can do?

Thank you!
Sara

Hi @referente.google thanks for letting me know. I just spoke to our expert and it looks like Google rolled out a change in their system and did not notify us about the change. We are working quickly to fix the issue. For now, there is nothing more you can do so just wait and hope that we can get the hotfix rolled out soon!

Edit: Fix has been rolled out. Please see this post as the fix requires users to go through some additional steps: Google Update to App Review for Under 18 Users - How to make sure your apps are accessible
