Sketchup file went "empty"/blank, after importing a 3d object from the warehouse

Hi, i would like some help, my document was working normally in the morning, but after downloading an object from the warehouse, the program crashed, and suddenly everything on my project was gone, the weird thing is, when i try the Zoom Extents command, it moves to a position were all my objects were before, but theres just nothing to be seen, im not sure what to do anymore, i already updated everything, the program, the extensions, the gpu driver, and windows, I also tried to recover from the backup file, but its the same thing, and tried to recover with temporary files, but there are none to be found, i just want to know if theres something that can be done to fix it, or just give up with it and start form scratch, thanks in advance.

What was the object?

There’s an object located at a vast distance from the model.

Deleting it and hitting Zoom Extents reveals this. Is this what you are hoping to see?

There’s still some issues related to incorrect scaling of objects.

Your profile shows you have a “Classic” license for SketchUp. Does that mean it’s a cr acked version?

I also see some incorrect tag usage.
