I cleaned up your model but it needs more.
Fixed incorrect tag usage.
Purged unused.
and reduced some excessively large texture images. This reduced the file size by about 25%. You should go through the models clean up more of it. Get rid of unneeded details and textures, eliminate unneeded group and component nesting, etc.
Here’s the link to the purged version. I set the face style to Monochrome to ease the load on your graphics card. Before you go any further adding to the model, give it a thorough cleaning. Otherwise you’ll just be back in the same situation again.
