How can I use SketchUp building a dynamic model, and this model can display in googleearth?

You can create dynamic components with SketchUp Pro.
You can export a KMZ file and open it in your local installation of Google Earth but it will not be dynamic. Google no longer accepts SketchUp models for Earth. They haven’t done so for years.
