How can I use SketchUp building a dynamic model, and this model can display in googleearth?
To my knowledge, Google Earth (online) no longer accepts uploading of SketchUp models. You may need to import a section of a map into SketchUp, place your model, and view it there.
You can still export a model in kmz format and then load that file into the desktop google earth application. But the web version of GE no longer accepts kmz files.
