SketchUp desktop app trial ended but won't switch to my paid Go plan

Hi all,
I’ve just started using sketchup for a personal project and purchased the Go plan for a month shortly after I started my trial on July 30th. The trial ended before my one-month plan expires, but the desktop app will not let me sign in to my paid account. I’ve tried logging out and back in, deleting the software and redownloading it. I’ve checked to make sure the email I used for the free trial is the same as the one with a paid plan. Nothing works.

My device is a MacBook Pro running macOS13.3.1
I downloaded the desktop app from the official website, version 2024
I used my google account to register for my Trimble account instead of setting up a new account from scratch (not sure if this info is relevant)

The file I’m working on is large so using the web version is extremely inefficient if nor impossible and having a functioning desktop version is essential. However I’m stuck at login. This issue is stressing me out. I’d really appreciate any help/insight! Thank you!

The Go plan does not include the desktop version of SketchUp. You can use the web based version or SketchUp for iPad with your Go subscription. If you want to use the desktop version you will need to upgrade to the Pro subscription plan.
