I just purchased the Go Plan and can't access the program

I just purchased a Go Plan, but I can’t use the program. I’ve logged out and back in, but still, I’m unable to work. Also, there is a pop-up error message that my subscription has expired.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to use the Go subscription to run the desktop version of SketchUp? The Go subscription is valid for the online version (web and iPad) only.
