I paid for a yearly subscription and when I sign in to SketchUp it says my subscription is expired. I don’t know what to do or who to contact. This has happened last time I renewed. It shouldn’t be this hard!!!
Have you tried to log off and login again? Have you tried to access with a Private sesion in your Explorer?
I signed out and signed back in if that’s what you mean. I haven’t tried a private session but I need to have easy access to something I paid for
I agree with you. The private sesion is only to test if is there anything in your browser cache which remembers your previous account.
What could be happening is that with the renewal process, there is a checkbox for automatic assigning the plan to the emailaddress. It might have been unchecked.
Or you’re not signing out via the app itself (in SketchUp Welcome splash, use the topright person icon or via [menu]Help>signout …)
Either way, check the member section in myaccount.trimble.com to be sure if the email you’re using has the right product.
thanks so much. I’ll try doing that
i tried signing out and signing back in and i keep getting denied. i verified im using the right email address and it checks out. I paid for the yearly subscription of SketchUp Go. it says my account is active but when I go back to SketchUp it says my subscription is expired. i even got confirmation emails after i paid that say they received my payment as well as the associated receipt.
Probably @colin can sort it out when he has a moment.
Go’s no Pro.
Go is web based version and iPad.
Pro plan is desktop app.
What Mike said explains things. You did recently do a trial of SketchUp, and that would have let you use the desktop version as well. The Go subscription doesn’t include the desktop version.
You are able to upgrade the one you paid for, to make it become Pro instead of Go. See this article:
