Can't log in - help

I used the trial PC version for the last week in setting up some models for my home renovations. I decided to purchase it and clicked on the subscribe option. I can’t log in to my PC application now, it tells me my trial version has expired. I can however log in to the web version, but none of my models are there. I tried following the help available on their website for the expired version issue and none of it has helped.

What you bought yesterday was the Go subscription. That’s the one that lets you use the advanced features in the web app, and you can use the iPad version. To be able to also use the desktop version would need a Pro or Studio subscription.

You could stay with the Go subscription, especially if you have an iPad, and see how you get on. If you really need to use the desktop version you can upgrade the Go subscription to Pro:
