I purchased a sketchup Go subscription on my Ipad, but when I login on my Mac mini, it shows i still have the free version. Please help. Thanks!

sketchup go is for ipad + an enhanced web version.
so if you’re trying to install the desktop version (aka pro) and use it with a go subscription, it won’t work.

That is misleading, because your Go subscription does give you the paid version of the web app as well. Going to your account page, here:
https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization
should show that you have a Go subscription.
When you’re using the browser version, on your Mac or on your iPad, you can tell if it’s giving the free version by looking for the SketchUp logo in the upper right, and Upgrade in the lower right. If it doesn’t show those, then you’re using the paid version.

Ok, so to use Sketchup via my Mac mini I need to use the browser version instead of the using the sketchup app downloaded to the mac mini?
The sketch up app is called SketchUp Pro. You can use it, you just have to change you subscription…
Go is for iPad and Web…
