I tried exporting from both ShetchUp and LayOut to DXF. It works but my dimensions are not to scale. Any settings that need to be adjusted in both before export to get a true scale. I am stuck
Do you have the camera set to Parallel Projection and the appropriate standard view for the scene when you export or send to LayOut? If not the dimensions will be incorrect.
Share an example SketchUp and/or LayOut file so we can see how you have things set up.
Thanks for your reply Dave, I am attaching a LayOut file to check the setup. Don’t know where to make the adjustment to have the proper scale applied.

In your LO file you just have some random scale set.
Reset the Camera properties and then set the scale for the selected viewport as desired in the SketchUp Model panel.
Here I’ve set the scale to 1:4 and rotated the viewport so the entire object would fit on the page.
Don’t do anything that results in the Reset button in the Camera section of the SketchUp Model panel.
