I have never had Sketchup on this PC and loaded the trial of 2026 to test it out.

I right click on the icon in my App list, to run as an administrator, and it won’t even load. Bugsplat immediately (now about a dozen times).

The crash codes initially looked related to potential Graphics issues.

Updated the RTX 4090 with the latest studio driver for the graphics card yesterday, prior to even installing SketchUp.

Turned off internal Graphics on my CPU (AMD 7950X) via BIOS.

Added Sketchup to my Windows graphics acceleration list in system settings and have tried it with both high-performance settings & Low Performance settings for my RTX 4090.

I’ve restarted the system after changes were made.
Also the “phone contact” list for tech help does not exist. The customer support page has an error and says can not load. What now?!
I tested downloading 2025, which does seem to start and gets me to the sign-in screen for Trimble. However, 2025 doesn’t have an available Trial.
Again, I am stuck not being able to try out the product. Please help.
