I need help with a problem: I start SketchUp on the home page, then when I select either a template or a file, the application crashes, without a bugsplat window…
Layout opens with no issues
2025 has been working fine on my laptop, but this problem only happens on my new desktop PC
Also only happens on 2025 version. (2024 works)
I have updated all drivers, uninstalled, reinstalled, run as administrator, and nothing seems to work.
Can someone help me?
Hello. This is potentially a graphics card issue. Does your new machine meet the minimum spec?

If it’s a 5070 as they say it certainly should 
I had this issue and on Pc and the problem was the migrate extensions plugin. I uninstalled it and the issue was solved.
Thank you for your suggstion. I didnt have this plugin installed.
I managed to get it up and running after deleting all plugins and plugin folders in app data.
Also deleted cache files and PrivatePrefences.json file.
Restarted my machine and Sketchup is running.
