SketchUp 2025 Crash with bugsplat on opening file

Hi I have been working on a Model and set to render with V-Ray on return the bugs plat screen was showing, reinstalled latest version of SketchUp & Vray, on opening the Model went straight to bug splat. have to present soon.
I think I might have to many large format materials, how can I fixit?

The model opens ok for me, though I don’t have V-Ray going at the moment.

Here are two files where the materials are reduced in size, one is now down to 1024x1024, and the other at 512x512:

See if either of those work with V-Ray.

Thank you very much for the fix, both the models render in V-Ray

Did some test renders attached a sample for reference

How Did you reduce the size?

I seem to inflate the size of my models and then they become difficult to work with.
