Sketchup 2019 Pro - Display Error

Hello Sketchup Community,

I recently installed Sketchup 2019 on my company´s computer. I work at a Bank in Brazil and all the computers have the same specs. However, this new one came with a very odd error.

As I start, the sketchup display bugs out and the program wont work. (attached is a screen shot of the problem), I have tried uninstalling and installing several times, no success.

I dont know if the computer can handle sketchup, can you guys help me out?

Specs:
Intel (R) Core ™ i5-9600T CPU @ 2.30 GHz
16gb RAM

Look to the top menus in SketchUp.

Window > Preferences > OpenGL
There, disable: Use fast feedback

Close and restart SketchUp
Better?

Just wanted to checks something: after it was fixed, was Use fast feedback checked or not checked?
