Sketchup 2019 has slowed right down

Hello,

My SketchUp Pro 2019 has recently slowed right down. It lags even if I’m in a really small model and freezes/shuts frequently.

I’ve tried disconnecting my second screen and tried to delete my extensions, but the extensions manager wouldn’t even load.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to sort this out? It’s getting to the point where it’s really hard to do anything!

I’m using an iMac Pro (2017)
