Sketchup 2018 - license failing to recognise on transfer

Hi there,

I’ve been scanning the forums and I can see that other folks are getting help with 2018 serial numbers and autorization codes not working anymore.

I have removed a license from my old desktop and am trying to add it onto my new computer, but it is not working. It also says ‘this is not a valid license’ on my old computer when I try and re-add the license to that one.

Can someone please help, I’ve spent hours and hours trying to fix this.

Its a TA lisense.
