Licence change Computer

Hello,
I replaced a user’s computer and released the sketchup pro 2018 license.
When I want to enter the license on the new computer it refuses telling me that this license is invalid.
I have on a paper the following information:
Company /organization: xxx
Serial number …TA…
Authorization code …
Support Number …
Support end date

Can you tell me what I have to enter in the field asking for the license number?

did you maybe have activated a more recent version 2019/2020/2021 of this license?

If yes, old versions cannot be activated on new systems anymore.

You may want check the status of your license with the SketchUp License Manager too.
