Sketchup 2018 Freezes when trying to Modify a Material

So I am having an issue when I try to modify a material in 2018 Sketchup Pro. It will not open the window when clicking the edit button.

Process: select material, click the material under Entity Info/Face, Choose Paint Box pops up, Select and Click edit, Freeze No box will pop up.

The program will just ding when clicking anywhere. Have to force shutdown the program.

Have you got more than one monitor or have changed your monitor setup at some stage.
Sounds like the dialog is opening off screen.
Click edit to set the focus to it, hit alt and space together, then hit m, tap any arrow key, then without clicking, move the mouse around until the dialog comes into view.
