Sketch Up Pro Update Extension Manager Issues

Hi everyone,
For weeks I’ve been unable to finish updating 2 of the updates: Advanced Camera Tools + Trimble connect. Please see photo for reference.

Any hints on how to fix this would be highly appreciated.

Sign out of the Extension Warehouse by clicking on your name in the upper right corner. Then sign in again. That has solved this for others including me.

What Dave says may be enough, but I had the same issue and my solution was to Remove the advance camera tools from the Extension Manager, then open Extension Warehouse and find the advance camera tools in the My Extensions list, and do a fresh install. After that the Update for Trimble Connect worked fine inside the Extension Manager.

Pretty sure I restarted SketchUp after each step.

I had a case today where I was setting up SketchUp on a new OS for the first time, so it didn’t have anyone signed in to the extension warehouse. Sure enough I got those two extensions complaining at me, and when I logged in they installed ok.

For me, today, signing in to the Extension Warehouse seems to be broken. I can sign in here OK with my SU account (Google-based) but EW won’t sign me in.
Edit: Clearing the web cache in my AppData>Roaming>SketchUp>SketchUp 2018 helped.
