Extensions not updating

Had this issue before and somehow solved it but forgotten how. On opening SketchUp pop up says Update extensions. One is Trimble connect and the other is Advanced Camera tools. In extension manager. Whern clicking Update, another pop up comes up and says One extension updated succeesfully, then below it says failed to update the relevant extension. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Sign out of the Extension Warehouse and then sign back in.

In SketchUp, open the Extension Warehouse. Click on your name at the top right.
